Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo)

On July 23, 2026, Yolo LAFCo adopted an updated Municipal Service Review (MSR) for services provided by the Yolo Subbasin Groundwater Agency. The purpose of an MSR is to provide a comprehensive inventory and analysis of the services provided by local municipalities, service areas, and special districts.  MSRs also evaluate the structure and operation of local municipalities, service areas, and special districts and discuss possible areas for improvement and coordination.
