The citizen science program is being started to allow domestic well owners to monitor their own water levels. Measuring equipment will be loaned out at no cost to the well owner. All domestic well users within the Subbasin are eligible.

For dense neighborhoods of domestic wells, participants are organized into groups, and a volunteer measures all the wells in the group at once. The following groups are already participating:
