Pursuant to CA Water Code § 10728.2, the Yolo Subbasin Groundwater Agency (YSGA) has prepared the Draft 2027 Yolo Subbasin GSP Periodic Evaluation, covering Water Years 2019 through 2024. The evaluation assesses progress toward the Subbasin's sustainability goals since the plan was adopted, reviews updated groundwater conditions and monitoring data, and addresses DWR's recommended corrective actions on the 2022 Yolo Subbasin GSP.

The YSGA is opening a public comment period to solicit feedback on the draft document prior to its formal adoption. Comments may be submitted via the 2027 Periodic Evaluation Public Comment form. The form allows you to submit general comments on the document or comment by section if that is your preference. The deadline to submit comments is Sunday, November 8, 2026.
